Alaska Airlines provides connector service from Vancouver to Seattle on a fairly frequent basis on either it’s jet aircraft in the Boeing 737 series, or the propellor aircraft in either the Dash 8 or Q400 series. For our short flight leaving Seattle, we opted for jet service with Delta Airlines, instead of propeller service on competing brands Air Canada and Alaska Airlines. There are many carriers that operate from the mega airport of Los Angeles International Airport. During our long layover at SEA-TAC we also ventured over to The Club at SEA Lounge in the “S” Concourse. Many of the International flights from Seattle depart from the Seattle Tacoma International Airport “S” Gates. The United Club at Sea Tac recently underwent a relocation from the “N” Gates to the “A” Gates. When United moved the lounge, they also refreshed the concept in more modern colours, tones and space. The new lounge occupies a much smaller footprint than the old version, but still represents a pleasant space.
