There are quite a pick of resorts in the Denaru Island Resort area of Fiji. The Denaru Island consists of nine separate hotels with a marina that connects Fiji to the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands. Our visit to Munich happened to be timed with Oktoberfest; a period when the hotels fill up and room rates can get surprisingly expensive. A sample of room rates around Munich had prices around 400€ during the famous fall beer festival. Hotel selection in Venice is exceptionally tricky. There is limited inventory and rooms are often small and expensive. After some research, we ended up at the Westin Europa Regina Venice.
