Sometimes, older is often better. Our domestic flight in Thailand was on an older Boeing 747 jumbo jet. The flight was just over an hour. I was a bit surprised to even find a lounge on the domestic side of the airport in Phuket, Thailand. Thanks to Star Alliance Gold Status, we were able to gain access into this odd ball lounge.
